First Visits
If you are a new client, please complete the forms sent to you via the portal prior to arrival. If you are unable to complete these, paper forms may be available for completion in the office. If your first appointment is at the Whitefish office you will notice there is not a receptionist. Please make yourself comfortable in the waiting area and your counselor will be out to greet you at the scheduled time.
